Where found:
Ga. Code Ann. §§ 44-14-360 et seq.
File a claim of lien with the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county where the property is located. Must include property description, amount claimed, and name of contractor. File within time deadline.
Notice of furnishing labor or materials by Subcontractors should be given within 30 days of commencing work or furnishing materials
