90 days after last furnishing
Enforce by:
1 year after recording lien (or 60 days if demand to enforce served)
Where found:
Mich. Comp. Laws §§ 570.1101 et seq. (Construction Lien Act)
Record a claim of lien (Construction Lien) with the Register of Deeds in the county where the property is located. Must include property description, amount due, and name of owner. Serve a copy on the owner within 15 days.
