120 days after last furnishing (45 days if Notice of Completion filed by owner for residential)
Enforce by:
1 year after last furnishing
Where found:
Minn. Stat. §§ 514.01 et seq.
File a lien statement with the County Recorder (or Registrar of Titles for Torrens property) in the county where the property is located. Must include property description, amount due, and name of owner.
