90 days after last furnishing (or 90 days after completion if owner of <3 units)
Enforce by:
6 months after recording memorandum of lien (or 60 days after demand)
Where found:
Va. Code Ann. §§ 43-1 et seq.
Record a memorandum of mechanic's lien with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the city or county where the property is located. Must include property description, amount claimed, and name of owner.
